When We Contact You

Upon completing a quote at CharityQuotes.com we will send you a confirmation email which acknowledges we have received your quote request. At a period of two weeks we will email you to confirm that agents have contacted you and that you were able to receive your requested quotes. We may email you in the event that for any reason your quote was not completed providing you with a link to complete your quote. At no time will we request any personal information via email. You will receive an email to inform you when we have made the donation to the charity of your choice. In the event that we have disqualified your quote for any reason we will email you as well. We may email you in the future inviting you to try out CharityQuotes.com again or suggesting other types of quote you may be interested in receiving.

In order to stop or prevent communications from insurance agents, you must contact them directly and request that they not have further contact with you. (You should note that this will likely prevent your donation from going through.) Because your information is quickly passed on to these agents, there is no way to allow the removal or alteration of this information directly from the site. You must contact the insurance agents who follow up your quote with these requests.
